Sun Valley Bronze uses the latest in casting, machining and software technologies, but the guiding philosophy is of maintaining handcrafted quality.  Every piece of Sun Valley Bronze hardware is made to order, created and assembled by hand in their studios and foundry in the mountains of Idaho. 

All of the bronze scrap created as a result of their machining and casting operations is reclaimed and reconstituted into art grade bronze, which is reused in ingot form. Their sand casting process is water based and completely recycled from one casting to the next.
